Located in Springfield, Missouri, the Missouri State Men's Lacrosse team competes in the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) Division II in the Lone Star Alliance Conference (LSA). Since 2003, Missouri State has fielded over 20 All-Americans, over 100 All-Conference players. Men's Lacrosse at Missouri State is a non-varsity sport, which means the school gives the team a small amount of funding every year, and the rest of the budget is covered by player dues and outside sponsorships. Players at Missouri State are expected to have intense work ethic, a desire to excel both on and off the field, and a sense of service work and involvement in their community.
